The staff were friendly despite being overwhelmed with the check-in process.
The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, with carpets that felt gross and uninviting.

The price was affordable for a night’s stay.
The room had serious issues with cleanliness. I found hair and dirt in the shower and the toilet was filthy. Additionally, the water pressure was almost nonexistent, which made it difficult to shower properly. It was a really uncomfortable experience overall, especially given the state of the room.

absolutley the worst experience! The room was filled with bugs, the bathroom smelled like pee, and I even had to request a new room because of the awful state! I guess requesting a room upgrade was too much to ask for, but who doesn’t love being treated like garbage? Too bad, I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The pool offered a decent chance to unwind after a long day on the road. The parking was ample, which was a relief considering the crowd outside.
The room was a total letdown—bugs were an unwelcome surprise, and the bathroom had a persistent odor that was hard to shake off. It felt like every surface was due for a proper clean, with stained sheets and grimy corners everywhere. I even had to level the fridge to keep it from rocking when I opened the door. Not to mention encountering a couple of dead roaches right at the entrance. definitely not a warm welcome.

It was just a reliable pick for a temporary stay in Jacksonville with outstanding value for money. I liked that they checked in to see if we were comfortable just a few hours after we arrived, which made us feel welcome. Make sure to check the coffee maker to see if it’s clean before using it.
